Salon Suite Policies

Thank you for choosing Studio Nile Salon Suites! To ensure a smooth and professional booking experience, please review the following policies before reserving your suite.

Reservations:

You may schedule your salon suite up to 60 days in advance. Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Suite Availability and Access Hours

Our suites are available for your use from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m., giving you the flexibility to schedule clients at your convenience. Whether you need an early morning start or prefer evening appointments, our extended hours are designed to accommodate your unique schedule.

Please note: All bookings must be completed, and the suite vacated by 11 p.m., as access will not be available outside of these hours.

Payment:

100% payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

Cancellations

You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the reserved time for a refund, minus the credit card processing fee. The credit card processing fee is non-refundable as it is not refunded to us by the processor.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your booking one time up to 24 hours before your reserved time. Rescheduled bookings are subject to the availability of the suite on the new date.

No-Show Policy

If you do not show up for your reserved time, your booking fee is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another date. The suite is reserved exclusively for you, and failure to show up results in forfeiture of the booking without the option to reschedule or receive a refund.
