Salon Booking Policies

Appointments:

The schedule is only available 1 month at a time. New dates are realeased on the 15th of every month at 8pm.

Deposit & Payment:

A 50% non refundalble deposit is required to schedule an appointment. Once services are rendered, the balance is due. You can pay via cash, Zelle or card. All card transactions will incur a 3% card fee.

Cancellations:

Appointments are to be canceled via the link in your confirmaion email. If you cancel your appointment outside of the 24 hour window, you will forfeit your deposit. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, your card will be charged the remaining balance of your booked services.

Tardiness:

If you are 15 minsutes late, a $25 fee will be added to your total due. After 20 minutes, you will be considered a no show and your appointment will be cancelled. 100%

Before your Appointment

It’s important to arrive on time for your appointment to ensure that we can start promptly and make the most of your scheduled time. Please communicate any potential delays as soon as possible. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled, and you will need to schedule another appointment.

Please make sure your hair is thoroughly detangled before arriving. If you are removing braids, it is imperative that you comb the hair out from root to end to remove any dirt and tangles from the root area.

If you are receiving a color service, Please refrain from using styling products or oils in your hair before your appointment, as these can affect the outcome of the color service. Clean, product-free hair allows for optimal color application and better results.
